Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Shipping Policy”) forms part of and is incorporated into our Terms of Service (“Terms”). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by this Shipping Policy and our Terms.
Capitalized terms not defined in this Shipping Policy have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms. Please review this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO military addresses. We do not ship to international destinations or U.S. territories outside the contiguous 48 states unless expressly agreed to in writing prior to purchase.
Orders placed for unsupported destinations may be cancelled at our discretion and refunded.
2. Shipping Fees & Insured Shipping
- Complimentary insured shipping is offered on orders totaling over USD $500 (before taxes and after discounts or store credits) within the contiguous United States.
- Orders totaling USD $500 or less are subject to a flat insured shipping fee of USD $30.
All shipments are insured for the full retail value of the order, subject to the terms and conditions of the shipping insurance provider.
3. Order Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment verification.
- Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Made-to-order items may require 1–2 weeks of additional production time.
- Engraved items require approximately one (1) additional week beyond standard processing times.
- Orders containing both engraved and non-engraved items will follow the engraved item timeline.
Processing times are estimates and may vary due to order volume, product availability, or verification requirements.
4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We use multiple shipping carriers. The carrier selected for your order will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email.
Estimated delivery times provided at checkout or in confirmation emails are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, labor disruptions, military handling, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses may experience extended transit times. APO/FPO shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail and may take up to 21 days or longer depending on military processing.
5. Signature Requirement & Delivery Attempts
Due to the high-value nature of our products, adult signature confirmation is required upon delivery.
If a delivery attempt is made and no eligible recipient is available to sign, the carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility in accordance with the carrier’s standard procedures.
At our discretion, customers may request alternative delivery arrangements prior to shipment, which may include waiver or modification of signature requirements. Please note that alternative arrangements may affect shipping insurance coverage and allocation of risk, and such risks may be assumed by the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and complying with carrier delivery procedures. If a shipment is returned to us due to failure to accept delivery within the carrier’s holding period, the order may be subject to reasonable return shipping, handling, and restocking fees as outlined in our Return Policy.
6. Delivery Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or misdelivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping fees may apply.
Where reasonably possible, we will cooperate with the carrier to assist in recovery efforts; however, successful recovery is not guaranteed.
7. Shipping Insurance & Loss Claims
All domestic shipments are insured for their full retail value against loss or damage occurring in transit, from dispatch until confirmed delivery at the shipping address.
In the event of a suspected loss or damage:
- You must notify us within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date or receipt.
- You may be required to cooperate with the carrier and insurer, including providing statements or documentation.
- Claims are subject to carrier and insurer investigation and final determination.
We reserve the right to resolve approved claims by replacement, repair, or refund, at our discretion.
8. Risk of Loss & Title
Title to the products passes to you upon shipment.
Risk of loss remains with us until the shipment is delivered to and signed for at the designated delivery address, except where otherwise required or prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws.
This allocation of risk is intended to comply with applicable U.S. federal and state consumer protection requirements.
9. Returns & Refunds Related to Shipping
For information regarding returns and refunds, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise required by law or due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and risks.
Made-to-order and engraved items are final sale and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors attributable to us.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from shipping delays or carrier errors beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
