At Sunfeel, every piece is crafted from high-purity 24K gold and carefully inspected before shipment. Because of the value and nature of our jewelry, we apply thoughtful return standards while remaining committed to fairness and transparency.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date your order is marked as delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Include all original tags and packaging

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@sunfeel.com within the 7-day return window.

If your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • A prepaid return shipping label

  • Clear instructions on how and where to send your package

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Risk of Loss

We provide a prepaid return shipping label for approved returns. Please note that standard carrier coverage may be limited for high-value items.

Because of the intrinsic value of 24K gold jewelry, we strongly recommend ensuring the return shipment is fully insured and trackable.

You are responsible for the return shipment until it is safely received and inspected at our facility. Sunfeel is not liable for items lost, damaged, or stolen during return transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at support@sunfeel.com as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked at purchase as "Final Sale", "Non-returnable", or similar

  • Perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

These exclusions apply unless otherwise required by applicable law (for example, if an item is defective).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original purchase (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to inspection.

For returns that are not due to an error on our part (such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), a restocking fee of up to 10% of the item’s purchase price may apply.

This fee helps cover the costs associated with inspection, authentication, cleaning, and restoration for resale.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after acceptance

Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@sunfeel.com.
