How do I know I'm getting genuine 24k gold and not something mixed with other metals?
Every piece is hallmarked for purity and comes with a certificate of authenticity that guarantees genuine 24k gold and confirms its exact weight. You're welcome to have it independently tested — many of our customers do, and they're never disappointed.

I've heard 24k gold is too soft to wear daily — won't this bend or scratch easily?
This is one of the biggest myths in Western jewelry. 24k gold has been worn daily for centuries in many Asian and Middle Eastern cultures. What does "24k pure gold" actually mean compared to 14k or 18k?
24k gold (99.9% pure) contains virtually no other metals — it's as pure as gold gets. In comparison, 18k gold is only 75% gold (mixed with 25% other metals), and 14k is just 58.3% gold. That's why 24k has that rich, deep yellow color you won't find in lower-karat jewelry, and why it holds its intrinsic value so well.

Why does your gold look different from the jewelry I see at regular stores?

Why do your prices change? I saw a different price yesterday.
Our prices are tied to real-time gold market rates. When gold prices move, our prices move with them — up or down. This ensures you're always paying fair market value for the gold in your piece, not an arbitrary retail markup that never changes.

What exactly am I paying for — how much goes toward the actual gold vs. your markup?
We break it down transparently on every product page. Approximately 70% of your purchase goes directly toward the pure gold content. The remaining ~30% (our "Sunfeel Fee") covers craftsmanship, design, shipping, insurance, and operational costs. No hidden charges — just honest pricing.

How is your pricing different from traditional jewelry stores?
Traditional jewelers hide their margins and often charge 5-10x (or more) over the actual gold value. We flip that model: we show you exactly how much gold is in your piece, what it's worth at today's market rate, and what our maker's fee is. Most of your money goes into the gold itself — not retailer profit.

If gold prices go up, does my piece become worth more too?
Yes. Because approximate 70% of your piece's value is pure gold, its worth moves with the gold market. If gold appreciates, so does your jewelry. That's why we call it "jewelry as a store of value" — it's not just an accessory, it's a tangible asset.

Is this actually a good investment, or am I better off just buying gold bars?

Yes. We offer a buyback program for Sunfeel jewelry. You can sell your piece back to us at any time at the prevailing metal value, minus a 10% buyback fee. Your jewelry never loses its gold value. If you’d prefer to exchange your piece for another Sunfeel design, there’s no buyback fee — you’ll receive 100% of the gold value as store credit.

How does the buyback program work, and what will I get back?
We buy back Sunfeel gold jewelry at 10% below the current spot price (not the original retail price). Simply contact us at support@sunfeel.com to start the process. Your piece retains its intrinsic gold value, so you’ll never be stuck with something you can’t liquidate. Prefer to exchange instead of sell? There’s no buyback fee — you’ll receive 100% of the gold value as store credit toward another Sunfeel piece.

How much does a specific piece weigh in grams?

What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within seven (7) days of receipt. But engraved items are final sale and are not eligible for return. Please contact support@sunfeel.com to request a return for a refund.

How long does it take to get my order? I need it by a specific date.
Because all our pieces are handcrafted to order, production typically takes 7–9 business days (some complex designs may take up to 2 weeks). Our first shipping option is USPS Priority, which delivers within 2–4 business days in the U.S. Customers may also select 2-Day or Overnight shipping at checkout for faster delivery. If you have a tight deadline, email us at support@sunfeel.com — we’ve rushed orders overnight for customers who needed them urgently.

Why does it take 1-2 weeks to ship?
Each piece is handcrafted to order — we don't mass-produce inventory. Your ring, chain, or pendant is made specifically for you, by hand. That takes a bit of time, but it means you're getting a piece made with care, not pulled from a warehouse shelf.

What is your shipping policy? Are there any hidden fees?
We offer free shipping on orders over $500. No hidden fees, no surprise charges at checkout. All orders require signature confirmation upon delivery for security.

Is my order insured during shipping? What if it gets lost or stolen?

Can you resize a ring after I've already received it?
Yes, we offer resizing. Within 15 days of delivery, we’ll provide a return label and resize your ring for you. After 15 days, you can still send it back for resizing, but you’ll need to ship the piece to us and a resizing fee will apply. Because the gold weight can change depending on the size adjustment, we can’t give an exact cost upfront — just email us at support@sunfeel.com with your order details and we’ll provide an estimate.

What's your return policy if I change my mind?
We have a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible: The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase. Contact us at support@sunfeel.com to start a return. If accepted, we'll send you a return label. Once we receive and verify the item's condition, we'll issue a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note: Custom/personalized items and sale items cannot be returned. Items showing damage or use will not be refunded — however, they can be sold back to us or exchanged at any time at their prevailing metal value minus a 10% buyback fee.

After 7 days, items cannot be returned for a refund. However, you can sell them back to us or exchange them at any time at their prevailing metal value minus a 10% buyback fee. Your jewelry never loses its gold value.

Can I get something engraved on a ring?
Yes! We offer laser engraving on band rings — up to 10 characters (including spaces). Just include your engraving request when you order, or message us with the text or design you'd like.
